C.O.B.R.A. for Kids 1 Day Mini-Academy

The 1 Day Mini-Academy is approx. 5 Hours long and will cover basic self-defense techniques. Including, but not limited to: striking, escapes, Abduction Training including Vehicle Abductions, SAE It Drills (Scream, Attack, Escape), Kidnapping Defense, Bully and Confidence Scenarios, “Circle of Security” Instruction, Simulated 911 Calls and real life scenario training.

All classes are conducted in athletic street clothes in an academy atmosphere.
